Amazing Amazing Hotel 10/10 beautiful! Staff and building is up to date!

The beach was clean and free of seaweed. Also, the facility was well kept.

The resort was stunning and clean! Most of the staff were friendly, including Fernando, a very nice young man who helped us make the most of our stay. I visited with my mom and we noticed that we were ignored by wait staff while they were very attentive to other guests… which was strange. The buffet wasn’t great and it was a literal mission to make reservations at the restaurants on site. We had an assigned concierge who unfortunately didn’t get us reservations at the spots we requested despite telling us he would set us up with a whole dinner schedule of reservations. We ended up eating at the buffet more than we would’ve liked. I think the reservation system needs to be revamped for sure.

From the moment I arrived at the Catalonia they made me fill like family. Fast check in, assistance to my room, concierge (Henry) assigned to my room. Room was very clean every day refrigerator stocked. Bathroom was very cleaned and new towels replaced everyday. All of the restaurants were good from the buffets to the à la cart. There was plenty activity and the beautiful clean beach that were steps away from the hotel. I had a wonderful time and I will definitely be back again soon.
