Very disappointed with our stay. Internet was not working during the entirety (3 days) of our stay. Room phones were not working and the floor reeked of insect killer. The staff tried their best to make up for the disaster but that didn't help because our daughter needed internet to be able to work during our visit so she had to book another hotel and this ruined plans for the family.

this resort is one of my best and favorite resort so far since i stayed in the philippines for 2 months. Its my first time staying but i felt like 1 night is not enough. if i just known how beautiful the place is i would have stayed longer with my family. service is excellent, people works there are so helpful. I would love to tell everyone that this place is wonderful.
