Wrangel Island Fishing Holidays

I cannot describe how helpful and attentive the staff is here at the Metropolitan Boutique. They made a point to reach out well in advance of our trip, even before our Mediterranean cruise the week before to establish contact. That was good as our connecting flight from Tome was very much in jeopardy, but they assured us they were there at any hour. They arranged transport from the hotel at an acceptable rate. Actually, compared to American transit, it was quite nice. Communication was a breeze and all through the trip they were incredibly helpful, giving direction, advice and ordering us a cab when needed (you cannot just flag one down in Krakow by the way). The hotel is in or just on the edge of the Jewish Quarter and in an older building, but you cannot tell as it is very well appointed, both in public areas as well as the rooms. If there is one detraction, it would be the limited TV to wind down to in the evening, but in all fairness, as an American, it would all likely be in Polish and not accessible to us. No problem, we were able to access our content via WiFi so it was all good. The restaurant attached to the hotel was quite good our first night and surrounding restaurants filled the rest of our needs. I would recommend this hotel with no reservation whatsoever.

I've been to Rome many times and the staff here have to be the nicest, friendliest and most helpful team I have ever come across in all of Italy. We stayed in one of the Annex buildings which was right near the Spanish Steps. Great location. Beautiful very large room with a large newly renovated ensuite with double shower and double sink vanity. Upmarket room. Our bags were taken and collected from our room back to the main hotel entrance and a luxury car ordered to take us to the port. We could not have been happier. 10 out of 10. Will stay here again next time we come back.
