Beautiful resort with excellent rooms, staff, and on site resources

Room & services were great but, I believe the hotel is slowly going out of business, half of the hotel isn’t open, gym & sauna weren’t open at all & looks run down. For the waterfall & slides you had to request they be turned on & jacuzzis didn’t work but the pool and beach combo was awesome if you have a family. For the price we still enjoyed it & the food & staff as just wish we saw Olalani at its prime!

As a family of four, we loved our 3 night stay at Silk Sense Resort. Our 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable, with excellent beds and pillows. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. We visited the spa daily for amazing massages, which we highly recommend. The complimentary shuttle service to and from Hoi An Old Town was very convenient. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and we would definitely recommend staying at the Silk Sense resort.

As a family of four, we loved our 3 night stay at Silk Sense Resort. Our 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable, with excellent beds and pillows. We had a wonderful stay at InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort, and what truly stood out was the kindness of the staff. We checked in very late at night, and my son mentioned that he was hungry. Without hesitation, the staff kindly arranged food for him. That level of care meant so much to us as parents. Every staff member we encountered was genuinely warm, attentive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. The property itself is stunning. The views are breathtaking, the design is beautiful, and the resort feels incredibly special. Getting around by tram and buggy added to the experience and made the vast property feel fun and seamless. The restaurants were all photo-worthy, and the food was excellent. The Japanese restaurant, in particular, was superb. The only downside was the bathtub in our room. It appeared a bit worn or slightly moldy, and because of that, I didn’t feel comfortable letting my son use it, which was disappointing since he usually enjoys hotel bathtubs. That said, the exceptional service, beautiful facilities, and overall experience far outweighed this one issue. We truly felt welcomed and well cared for, and we would love to return.
