Want to give higher marks, but the overall cost for this property prohibits it. Most of the staff were great, there were many who acted as if it was imposing to answer questions or for assistance. We understood, this was not an inclusive resort, with the resort fees paid, more amenities should have been included. If you are up for spending money on using certain pools this is the place for you.
