Enoshima Cheap Holidays

Our initial reaction was that the property was smaller than it appeared in the images, but once we settled in, we enjoyed our stay. The location is great — close to subway and shopping. The washing machine and the in-shower drying are really convenient. The kitchen also has a stovetop, microwave and a large fridge. We would book this place again next time we visit the Tokyo area.

We really appreciated early check in. We were able to check in at 1pm rather than 5pm. Remote check in and out. There were welcome gifts including bottled water for each person for each day of our stay, plus some chips and snacks. That was a lovely touch. The host is very quick to respond. The apartment is close to the train station and only 10 mins from Haneda Airport. We stayed here as we had an early flight out at 6.55 am. However, this was too early for us to catch the train so we ended up paying about $80 AUD for an UBER to the airport which was quite pricey. The apartment itself is very spacious and clean. Three bedrooms, two with 2 double beds and the third has 2 singles. There is a large kitchen, living room and dining room. You need to climb a flight of stairs to access the apartment. There is a washer and dryer which was very convenient. This area felt much different to the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku and Shibuya. It is an area where local Japanese live so you can experience their daily lives. A few places to eat nearby, a big supermarket, 7 Eleven. We enjoyed our time here.

Not a great location as very noisy, dirty and didn't feel that safe. Red light area of Shinjuku. Only stayed due to running the marathon, but next time would stay at the Hotel Gracery Asakusa for the whole trip.

We had an incredible experience staying here. Located in Chiyoda area, it's a quick subway to many tourist locations, with a station in the basement of hotel. Chiyoda is located near government buildings, so the area is clean and felt very safe. Staff is extremely accommodating and helpful. Everyday, our room was thoroughly cleaned. We decided to have breakfast pre-ordered during our stay, which we recommend because the options (continental, Japanese breakfast, American breakfast, and a la carte) at Origami restaurant in the hotel are delicious and a great way to start the day before adventures around Tokyo. We had a couple days when we worked out at the gym, which provides essential workout needs. Our room itself was amazing: the premier corner king. With nearly panoramic view of the city, we were in awe of our 25th window perspective. The bed was extra large, which made our sleep more comfortable. We opted to keep our sheets the entire stay to help with Capitol Hotel’s sustainability goals. The bathroom includes a double vanity, with a stunning bathtub + shower with views of the city. Countless amenities, ideal location, and exceptional staff make The Capitol Hotel Tokyu a perfect place to stay!

Staff was so helpful and professional. The hotel is clean and beautiful. There were 3 places we could have breakfast which were all buffets with a variety of choices. Our room was on the 38th floor with beautiful views. We had bus service to and from the hotel to DisneySea and DisneyLand. There is a limousine bus that picks up at any of the airports and drops you off directly at the hotel. They also have an area that does tours from the hotel. There is also a 7/11 in the hotel !

Wonderful hotel near Shinagawa Station! Highly suggest. This was our first hotel in Japan and was such a perfect landing space. The staff was helpful, the room was well arranged (and roomy), overall facility was perfect for us. AND it was only a short walk to a super busy station, so it was easy to get around! Stay here - splurge on a corner room - start your trip off right like we did!
