Location and price are good. Room sizes are nice. Apparently the ice machine is on the roof but good luck finding it in the dark! My room didn’t have a chain latch and the balcony do remained unable to lock. It seems safe in general and the room was clean

Clean, very close to Times Square, and helpful staff. We arrived earlier than the check-in time, and we were provided with courtesy showers and the gym. We loved the room view, and showers were really modern and clean.

Easy and early check in. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Traveled with a family of 4 (two kids), so the unit was more than enough space and the location suited our needs. Gym and laundry room was a plus! Would definitely stay here again.

I was there recovering from minor surgery with a nurse.
The hotel took care of every request, brought me any food I could want. Even provided a shower chair (that I didn’t know I’d need)
I can not talk highly enough of the staff and the service. I live in NYC, so I don’t stay in hotels here that often. This hotel is just as prestigious as you would expect!
