We loved having the shuttle to Venice and the airport available to us for a little extra cost. It saved a lot of time, headache, and energy!! We also enjoyed hanging out with the bartending staff in the evenings. They were so friendly!

We had an excellent stay at Royal San Marco Hotel and were very pleased with the overall experience. The location is outstanding—convenient, central, and perfect for exploring Venice. The staff were welcoming, professional, and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and we appreciated the charm and atmosphere of the property. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we would gladly return and recommend Royal San Marco Hotel to anyone visiting Venice.

Staff was extremely helpful in navigating the city and making arrangements for reservations and transportation. The hotel location is perfect for seeing all the major sites while still giving you a more quiet evening by hotel if needed. The upstairs bar was a nice spot to relax at the end of a busy day - just wish it stayed open later (closed at 9:30) and drink prices were a very pricey.

Unforgettable experience staying at Residenza San Paolo VI. Stayed twice first with mom and then with family. Yocasta, Natalie and all at the front desk attended my family with details and support. Giulia provided an incredible breakfast experience with extra care in providing extra cappuccino’s. Francesca at the bar was exceptional, caring and attentive to my family. The rooms were clean and every morning we were greeted with the Gospel of the day. It was a wonderful experience staying at this location. Costs will vary depending on the season you reserve. Stayed in two different seasons and prices vary significantly but also the weather and temperature. It’s really a personal choice. I look forward as well as my family in having future stays in this location. Thankful with all the care, support and comfort that was provided to my family.

It’s a nice, clean hotel at a good price and a great location but it’s very disorganized. It seems they had recently changed the room numbering and it took us quite a while to find our room with minimal help. Our room did not have a TV remote and when we called reception they told us there was nothing they could do. The water pressure in the shower was very low. We had no coffee packets in our room, and the wifi didn’t work. The airport shuttle was convenient but we had to flag the driver down after reception dismissed him saying there was nobody waiting. Overall a nice enough hotel with good potential but there’s definitely room for improvement.

Staff was great. We had to be moved since we originally did not get the room we reserved. The room was tiny. You could just walk around the beds. The shower was tiny, barely able to turn around. The website said it it had an elevator, it did not. Renovation was underway way that left an adhesive smell in the air. Location near the rail terminal was convenient with great restaurants and shopping near by.
