Great service. Free shuttle service to airport, Aeon Mall and Narita train station. Spacious room with a proper wardrobe, iron provided, good sized coffee table with an arm chair and a 2 seater sofa. Decent restaurants, coffee area and generous areas for waiting for shuttles, thoughtfully placed on the ground level. Will definitely return.

Clean, quiet, comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast, one of the best we had in Japan. Friendly staff. Convenient shuttle to Narita airport, but they don't drive too frequently to the airport (once per hour). Narita is a nice town to visit too, within walking distance

Only worth the stay for proximity to Disney. We booked last minute and other hotels were astronomical in price. Room was average. Beds hard pillows sucked. Breakfast was Edible but not great. I’d say it isn’t terrible as the only reason we stayed was to sleep not spend time in the hotel.
