What an absolutely amazing place. The staff cannot do enough for you and the place is beautiful.
My only gripe would be that you have to pay for water with lunch and dinner. I can understand charging for soda or alcohol but I think water should be included.

We came home from dinner to our bathroom being flooded.
Maintenance was called, and they said it was from a blocked air conditioner vent.
I requested a new room to avoid the flood happening in the middle of the night, and also explained the air conditioner had been cutting out and wasn’t working properly. There was also mould around the vent in the main room.
This request was denyed.
Other than this issue, the staff were lovely, though I still wouldn’t stay at this hotel again

Great stay! The room was spacious with a beautiful view of the Burj. The location is excellent, just a 10-minute taxi ride to Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa, with plenty of great restaurants and food spots within walking distance. Highly recommend!
