Very good customer service -- the property is a village -- it is huge -- but the people working there make it easy to navigate. The rooms are updated and nice -- they really try their best to cater towards their guests. I'd recommend but note that you need to take a long boat to get there that is 300 THB

"Room was very convenient in the centre, Lady who checked us in was lovely and very informative. Rooms were basic no fridge no hair dryer but did the job for 2 nights. very small rooms no room for suitcases to be opened"

Okay for the price
"The hotel is perfectly located near all the restaurants and bars but far enough so that you don't hear all the music at night. Beds are not very comfortable and the bathroom was a bit dirty, but I guess you get what you pay for.."
