I love that there’s a fridge

We loved our room, and the hotel itself was beautiful! We didn’t take advantage of the outdoor pool area but it was beautiful to look at.

Place is great first time there. The location and the hotel is great. You have everything there. Spa was amazing as well.

Nice view from 61st floor

Newer property but still a few things to work out. Specifically there is a weird design for their showers which leaves to water to spill out when you shower no matter how careful you are. Also there seemed to be something funky going on with the electrical because it kept going off in one of the rooms. And the bathroom GFCI’s seem to control all the electrical for the bathrooms

The room provided a gorgeous view of the city. Top notch. Unfortunately, the room wasn’t sparkling. Someone else’s foam earplug on the floor…stayed there the whole time. Long black hair in the bathroom. The vanity was dusty; no kleenex in the display box. The tray holding some toiletries was suppose to be dark blue had white blotches all over it. No facecloths the second day. Just not what I expected from a Michelin hotel. Would not stay there again, considering all the options available in this city.
