GREAT location. Shopping and theater close by… Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Great customer care. Room was clean and very comfortable. The shower’s water pressure was a little slow but great if you have time. Microwave, mini fridge, and safe available in the room.

The room was not properly cleaned. There was used tissue paper left in the trash bin, and the bath towels were poorly folded, giving the impression they may have been used by previous guests without the housekeeper noticing. Additionally, there were visible dirty spots on the bed sheets.
