Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff. Great place to stay for a concert at the Greek Theater! Small issues like the front desk area needs some organization and esthetic improvement in comparison to the gorgeous bar and entry, but it was fine and functional. I really loved the efficient and reasonable valet parking. Room was very nice. It was right next to the elevator and not too noisy. I was using a cane so it was convenient in my current situation. The bathroom had a small repair needed to the wooden frame around the sink but it was cosmetic, and everything worked perfectly. I will return next time we have a concert at the Greek!

Very close to UCB, really enjoyed 3 day stay

Very close to restaurants and BART station. Clean, quiet, and safe. This was my second stay. My only complaint about service is that last year, and again during my stay last week, I called for towels and after 12 hours they did not arrive. Last time I had to go to the front desk and this time I had to call again. Also, there are no fans in the bathrooms.

Perfectly fine/nice hotel. Super unsafe area so when I got in late I had to just doordash food, but the staff was helpful and kind. Thank you!

Website doesnt specify that it is $30 to park onsite. The parking spots are very tight and limited.

Bed was really hard, pillows were flat and there were homeless around the area.
