Check in was horrendous and took over an hour. Bed was very uncomfortable and the noise from the road outside meant we had no sleep.

Would avoid and go for similar alternatives e.g. Premier Inn etc. Walls are very thin so you can easily be disturbed by neighbours. Room had a broken window which didn’t seal/shut properly. Extremely loud facing the street given tram line which begins at 4am. Only consolation is that it’s very cheap ...
