Puerto Rico Cheap Holidays

Love this hotel so much only wish they would update the rooms a little, kind of outdated but still not bad!!! Love the fact everything is downstairs- restaurant's, beach pool and a swim up bar! Also anything you need is on the strip which is literally walking distance. Definitely will go back!

I was not happy with my choice of the Caribe Hilton. My room you could hear the elevator 24/ seven, the walls were paper thin and the cleaning people would speak and yell at each other in the am when we were alseep. Also, I had some stomach issues and the bathroom didn't have a door. It had a panel on wheels that didn't quite close. So what should be a private moment in the bathroom became advertisement to my roommate every time. I understand there is a fee everyday at a resort. We came in on Labor Day and we left that Thursday. There were no shows or music from the island while we were there. I understand that they do it on the weekend. Why am I being charge me the same resort rate if I'm not having the same experience. Also, the beach area was. I come from New Jersey. Our beaches are clean. They could've raked the some of those areas near the beach. As well as cut my feet as I walked towards the enclosed beach.

Everyone was very friendly nice and clean

We didn't understand the $17.50 a day we try to used it but they told us we never had a credit to use. Then I didn’t know how to use the credit. Maybe that needs to be explained Better. But overall, it was a nice stay
