The staff are very nice. Wasn’t too crazy about the room. Bathroom is a bit run down and I wouldn’t shower as the bathtub had mold on the side. Very noisy floor. Heard a woman scream twice between 2/3 am. I’m on the 20th floor so I don’t think it came from outside. Took us a few hours to get the room heated and bathroom was freezing. But as I said staff were nice and the king size bed was cozy. Not a lot of voice on TH channels to just relax. We were at Princess Margaret Hospital for cancer so a long day driving from another city to hospital then here.

Very clean, love the room… I forgot to check on my bookings that there’s no fridge and microwave, but overall I like it… the price is right, and the pool is nice with free breakfast. Kids love it. We’re definitely booking next time.
