Southeastern United States Beach Holidays

I had seen others complaining about staff and check in but we could not have been happier. We arrived around 2 and i went to desk to ask about parking thinking we could just sit at the bar and relax. Staff asked name and said Oh your room is already ready - the he said they upgraded us to ocean front (pick an oceanfront room is you can it is GORGEOUS) and then gave us drink coupons for free drinks at the bar. The building is old (1960s) but the room was clean, spacious, and the VIEW whew. Its not a huge resort (which i prefer) but the food and drinks were quite good. The location is excellent so much to do. Unfortunately it was very windy and a high surf advisory so we did not get to enjoy the beachside chairs, etc. My wife said next year when we are down she wants to stay here again. Highly recommend.

The room was beautiful and clean, the housekeeping staff was beyond friendly and amazing! The front desk could yse some customer service training!

Always nice helpful staff

We arrived early due to our cruise arrival and the front desk was good about securing our luggage. We got our room early at approximately 1:45pm but after moving into it we found it very noisy. After an hour or so we asked to be moved and the desk clerk Noah searched hard and accommodated us which we appreciated.

Everything about this resort was beautiful, the views were amazing and the staff treats you like first class all the way.
