Room was nice. Location is great. Was not happy how they handled checkout. They charged my sister card, when it should’ve been mine. After calling several days in a row and leaving voicemail. No one ever retired my call. Disgusted with the lack of professionalism. Will not stay again.

The only good thing about this hotel is that it is close to the beach. This "resort" was by far in the worst shape I have ever seen. There were gaps between the front door and door frame, the bathroom was chipped and falling apart, and the entire area was in ruins. Thankfully, we were refunded.

The room,property, and staff were great! The fire alarm went off in our building at 5:00 am Thanksgiving morning. I must admit that really freaked my wife and me out. It was so load and thank God it was a false alarm.Really disturbed our sleep that morning.
