Enoshima Beach Holidays

Everything about this place was great. The restaurant was delicious for breakfast and dinner. The cocktails were really good too. The location is amazing if you like anime and being right in the hustle and bustle of it all. So much to do in the area

Family of 4 - Stayed one night in Grand Japanese room. Our teens slept on the tatami mats they provided. Not as nice as other Monday we stayed at but fine overall. It’s in Ginza but not near all the things you want to walk to and see. Used taxis every time we went somewhere.

We enjoyed our time there. The room was a perfect size for the six of us. Clean, comfortable and cozy. We were greeted by helpful staff, offered amenities such as water, tea and coffee, and toiletries. The place is very centrally located - close to Ginza shopping, the fish market and a 7/11! Thank your for making our first trip to Tokyo great!

I chose this apart hotel because I was on an extended duration trip with family and we needed to be able to do laundry and minimal kitchen amenities. The tax for this apart hotel (not its fault) was really high -- but that's a Japan thing, not particular to this hotel. The staff were always very friendly. Most staff that we interacted with were very helpful, only one was rather not knowledgeable about the area. The location of the hotel is excellent in terms of being in the heart of Tokyo and near at least three subway lines. We had one bug in the room, which we eventually killed, but that's my only real complaint. It might be that that also can't be helped in a major city.

Great facilities, nice restaurants and bar, very clean and friendly staff

This used to be the most elegant hotel in Tokyo 38 years ago when I started staying here. The garden (previously owned by Prince Tsuneyoshi Takeda and redesigned by Teiji Kusuoka) was fantastic and was one of the main draws. It is still a good experience, unfortunately they replaced part of the garden with the Prince Sakura tower in the late 90s and haven't really fixed the garden, even now. The rooms are well appointed, if not modernized. The room air conditioning works well, but maybe not as cold as I'd like. The breakfast buffet is good, but the breads are unimpressive. The French restaurant (Le Trianon) is quite good. The service everywhere is excellent. I prefer this hotel over the adjacent Shin Takanawa which is a larger convention hotel. I'll probably continue to stay here as it is very close to the Shinagawa Station with easy access to everywhere.
