The hotel was clean the staff were friendly, there English was a limited. The pool was in the shade 90% of the time and had limited sun beds.We felt the hotel was more geared for Indian guests.

First the description of partial sea view was incorrect as there was no sea view Second the area around had a lot of shacks so not the cleanest Third toooo many stray dogs U couldn’t even walk the street without having 5-6 stray dogs surround u Even at night we were woken up by the barking of these dogs and once they started they wouldn’t stop Food was good and service was good but they need to change the description of the property and do something about those dogs

Our recent stay at the Sea Queen Resort was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was, from the lobbies to the rooms. The private beach was a major bonus, offering a serene and exclusive spot to relax by the water. ​What truly set this resort apart was the friendly service. The staffs were friendly. While the resort is a bit expensive, I can confidently say it was worth every penny for the exceptional quality and unforgettable experience. We can't wait to go back!

The staff was especially accommodating when we first arrived. They helped to arrange transportation from the airport and gave us a wonderful tour of the entire facility. We enjoyed the massages and the yoga class. The facility is wonderfully relaxing and beautifully maintained. The only disappointing part was our departure. We had an early flight so we arranged to have someone help us with our luggage so we could check out early. When they didn't show I went to the reception desk to checkout and get help with the luggage. The person there could help me with our luggage but they couldn't check us out. I would still recommend this place and would come again!

Club Mahindra Emerald Palms is a really lovely place. Their spacious rooms, pool and spa will thrill you. The resort is walking distance from the beach.

Outstanding property! The staff are all amazing and work so hard to make your stay comfortable an enjoyable. One of the best hotels we have stayed at in Goa. Also the New Year’s Eve celebration dinner was fantastic amazing food drinks and entertainment. Recommend this hotel totally
