I enjoyed my stay at Westgate. My room (double beds) was clean. The Bell desk was very kind to hold my luggage even after check out (I had a late flight out). Furthermore, the monorail has a stop at Westgate which is very convenient. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

had a great overall experience at the Wynn and truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms are well-maintained, and the atmosphere is exactly what you would expect from a luxury property. However, there was one significant issue that affected our experience. On the morning of our checkout day, we approached the front desk to ask if it would be possible to stay in the room for a few extra hours, as our flight was not until 11 PM. We completely understand that the answer could be no, and that late checkout is not always available. That said, the way the request was handled was very disappointing. The response we received was not polite and came with a noticeable negative attitude. There was eye-rolling and an unwelcoming tone, which felt very unprofessional and not aligned with the level of service we expected from a hotel of this standard. We asked to speak with a front desk manager, who was more pleasant, but unfortunately no solution or accommodation was offered. Aside from this interaction, everything else was excellent. We hope management takes this feedback seriously, as service at the front desk plays a big role in the overall guest experience.

I was forced to go back in line and made to wait some more which was confusing and embarrassing.

Clean, large room. However, weird layout with a long hall entryway and two toilet rooms flanking a central shower which could be entered from both sides. This set up took up too much space in the room. The desk attendant told the 3 of us, because of this set up there wasn’t enough room to get an additional roll out bed to the room. They had a mini-bar with snacks and Fiji water and coffee k-cups - but there was a sign stating that they would charge ~$20 to the room if we used any of it! The overall experience was a bit disappointing. I remember going to Vegas when I was younger and food, etc used to be cheap if not free. But now they seem to nickel and dime you at every turn!

Great food options and great service

The bathroom in the room was great. It had a double vanity with an adjustable height magnification mirror attached to the wall beside it for applying makeup. The toilet had its own little glass wall (not see through) so it was easy for two people to use the restroom. The shower was also very large. It had a built in bench & a sliding height shower head, which was great for people who have a major height difference. It also helped with keeping your hair dry if you just needed a quick wash. The bed had plenty of room too, we love a king size. I would recommend bringing your own pillow though, the ones in the room are flat. The view from the floor to ceiling windows is beautiful, & the blackout curtains are wonderful for late nights/early mornings. The pools are also rather nice, but a bit confusing went it comes to renting a spot. If you would like a chair out there, your best bet is to rent one. There are areas that seats are "complimentary" but the were constantly filled with abandoned items, making them in accessible. The pools are also all very shallow, so not very good for swimming, more for standing/walking around. Inside the building, there are several places to eat. However, almost none are open late. Overall, it's a great place to stay. Seems the intention of the resort is for people who want to spend more time there, as opposed to going into the city.
