Goa Beach Holidays

Staff were highly responsive to our needs and very helpful. Not everyone’s names are known but the accommodation manager Sylvester was exceptionally helpful as was Lita at Check out and hotel management. Pool is very nice as is the beach. WiFi can be difficult to connect to but once connected is very good. There are two restaurants, one North Indian and a larger restaurant where breakfasts and dinner are served. Food is good in both though waiting times in the Seagull restaurant can be long. If going for breakfast I would recommend going in the earlier hours to get a table quickly. Spa is good and the people are friendly. It is a very good location for families with small children and it is very clean. Good value for money and highly recommended.

So sound proof!! Excellent service. Thank you so much!

Extremely disappointed. The key card never worked so I had to go the reception every single time and ask them to send someone with a master key card. They replaced my key card 3 times but that didnt help. Meanwhile it was raining and the corridor ceilings were leaking. I found a dead cockroach in my bathroom. So overall...horrible.

Couldn't fault anything about hotel, staff, amenities, service was amazing, second time we stayed here, requested the room we had before, they happily gave us that room, on arrival we got fruit, biscuits and cake in our room, signed welcome back on the cake, these gestures put a huge smile on our faces, much appreciated, will surely will be back, thank you for making it a great hoilday. All the staff was amazing 👏
