House keeping staff seem stretched beyond the limit - delays for 4:00pm check-in. Parking area had black ice at night and in the morning. Friend's room had no closet and ironing board was hung on the wall like art.

This is our favorite place to stay when we are out visiting family. The rooms are huge and very clean. Coffee maker, microwave, fridge. The bed was a little firm but ok. The shower is HOT!! The location is amazing, the room very clean. We loved that there was hot coffee in the Lobby this morning. We regretted the old carpeting in the hallways, and imagine this will be updated soon!
