Facilities need work, staff is very good but cost of daily amenities exorbitant.

Great location near Grand Central and transit lines. Delicious breakfast at the Ivy Room upstairs. Staff was very warm and courteous. Room was quiet and comfortable generally. But it was dated, and in need of updating. Bathroom vanity was oddly low in height with a trough vessel sink. Shower water pressure was less than energizing.

The room was old and and not maintained.

Beautiful property within walking distance of everything on our itinerary. The customer service was excellent, the room was clean, and we were allowed to check in upon arrival even though we were a bit early. Would absolutely stay again if in the area.

Lovely staff. Incredible property. The hype is real. This is by far and away the nicest property we’ve stayed at in Manhattan in a long time.

This was my second stay at the Lombardy Hotel. Both stays were excellent with the most outstanding feature being the top flight professionalism of all of the staff. The beds are very comfortable and the location is very convenient.
