Clean room , has free self parking garage. Beautiful view and beaches. Free breakfast had a large varieties but taste was so so. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Great hotel! The spa was excellent and the breakfast was delicious. The staff was Very helpful and professional. The location is close to everything you need including restaurants , shopping , the ferry , and all the tourist sights . The room was modern , and although the roof top terrace , pool and bar were closed for the season, it looked modern , clean and had an AMAZING VIEW. The hotel is in a very safe area , (even though Split is very safe anyways ) I would totally recommend this hotel . Great Stay !

In general, the condition of the room was pretty poor. The bathroom had a lot of different problems and needs be fully reconditioned. The bath/shower was dirty and difficult to use without spraying water everywhere.
The room has an alarm or detector that blinks brightly at night and the bulbs for lights over the paintings flicker even when power is turned off requiring a sleeping mask.
