The check in process was a nightmare. We arrived at 11:30 at night and had to wait for over an hour to check in because the "convienient" self check in would not print room keys. Then there were only 2 staff members there to assist over 30 guests. I was checking in with a family of 5 and it was just terrible.

Beautiful place but the pool should be open if I have to pay a resort fee.

My room was not reset by housekeeping after night #1 and #2. I complained the first night and housekeeping came at 7pm while I was out for dinner. The 2nd time I complained and did not wish for housekeeping to come at the late hour it was - they in turn gave me a 25 dollar credit. Annoying. And not what one expects in LV.

Room was clean,large & quiet. Wynn was conventionally located to the Sphere & Venetian Theatre where we saw shows in one day.
