Clean room, great staff, best location in the heart of the Gothic Quarter

Location is great. The conditions of the room are just very basic.

Once again, Sofitel staff made our stay extraordinary! Julia in reception welcomed us with a wonderful chocolate gift and then surprised me before our departure with champagne and a cake complete with a candle to celebrate my birthday a day early. The team greeted us each time we were in the lobby like we were old friends. The only drawback to our stay was the television programming. Only a few channels in English and all were news channels. It would have been appreciated if there was a better variety including a few movie channels to escape from today’s unfortunate news cycle.

The staff were very accomodating, and the location was perfect for walking everywhere.

Great bang for the buck. Showed up around 9am, and rhey were able to get me into a room right away. Which was amazing because i was tired. Room was small, but not tiny. Bed was super comfortable. Warm water, coffe pot, fridge, overall an amazing find. Only downside is distance from the city center, but for the price, i think its well worth it. Would deffo stay again.

There was a good deal of noise. Cleaning of nearby rooms began early in the morning. The rooms were small and not well equiped. Breakfast was very good and the staff were very nice. Great location but no place to park or even drop off people or luggage.
