Exceptional staff. Location is perfect, close to Central Park, theaters, Times Square and Rockefeller.

Everything was very good. The room was spacious and quiet and very clean (housekeeping was great). Hotel staff throughout the hotel were polite and helpful. The bartenders at the DawgHouse were great as well. We would definitely consider staying here again in future trips to Las Vegas.

This was my third time staying at the Royalton Park Avenue and each time has been wonderful. The staff is so helpful and attentive and the location is perfect. I will be back!

Unfortunately our 1st room was dirty (floor 15) and had cages in the way of the view. Thankfully the Hilton honors liaison at the lobby was able to assist. She did mention that the lower levels shouldn’t have the cages so it was a bit strange to encounter that. Our second room also had the screen cages around the window but worse so we really couldn’t enjoy the view much. Didn’t feel either rooms were really clean, but the housekeeping on level 36 was very attentive and kind.
