Puerto Rico Island Beach Holidays

We enjoyed our stay here! My daughter and i loved our room with the ocean view. Very breathtaking! Spacious room with comfy bed and room was very clean. Loved the beach and pools. the music in the lobby and pool was so fun and i loved the vibe! the staff are super friendly and helpful and my daughter loved the hair braiding! We will definitely be back !!

I love the beauty of this place. Wonderful restaurants, pool, beach. Great for photos. Pool closes at 9. That isn’t listed anywhere. Not terrible just an FYI: 100 per night resort fee is not included in the price. We went to the rain forest which is really cool but I don’t recommend it if you are not in awesome shape or over 50. Watched a lady carried out on a stretcher with an IV. I hike often. This water slide hike has higher difficulty: roots, mud, slippery rock climbing. Very rustic and zero safety measures. Old San Juan is great. Recommend a hat, water and sunscreen. You’ll be tired after a full day.

The room was clean, and the staff were pleasant and accommodating. The pool area was enjoyable, and the location was convenient. However, the hotel did not look like the photos advertised on Expedia. The images online made the property seem much more upscale than it appeared in person. I also wish there were more activities available for guests during the day and evening. While the stay was decent overall, I felt the hotel was somewhat misleading compared to the online photos and lacked enough entertainment options to justify the price

Valet workers and front desk staff were very polite and helpful opening car doors and hotel doors each time you arrive or leave. Very clean hotel and great access to the beach.
