Puerto Rico Island Beach Holidays

We enjoyed our stay here! My daughter and i loved our room with the ocean view. Very breathtaking! Spacious room with comfy bed and room was very clean. Loved the beach and pools. the music in the lobby and pool was so fun and i loved the vibe! the staff are super friendly and helpful and my daughter loved the hair braiding! We will definitely be back !!

Not terrible just an FYI: 100 per night resort fee is not included in the price. We went to the rain forest which is really cool but I don’t recommend it if you are not in awesome shape or over 50. Watched a lady carried out on a stretcher with an IV. I hike often. This water slide hike has higher difficulty: roots, mud, slippery rock climbing. Very rustic and zero safety measures. Old San Juan is great. Recommend a hat, water and sunscreen. You’ll be tired after a full day.

Some confusion on an extra sofa in the room with pull out bed, in addition to two queen beds so obviously we thought the room was bigger. Also comments on the website as to how many the room slept. If our extra person had come, we would have been up the creek. My only complaint. Also looked like breakfast was included and it was NOT.

Hotel has potential to be great with more entertainment and better food options, especially more choices of local food by the pool and lobby bar.

The view was good. The only thing I wished they had was a service elevator for their amazing staff.
