Clean room and great service by all staff members

Room was very clean and the staff were very helpful

The sheets were not inserted nicely, the duvet was not folded properly, there were stains on the bathrobe, not many places to hang the towel.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be perfectly fine overall. The location is good and convenient, and I booked the room at a reduced price. However, even with the discount, I’m not entirely sure it was worth the money. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, but there was nothing particularly special or memorable about the stay. Unfortunately, the view from my window overlooked pipework and trash at the back of the building, which was disappointing. Breakfast was fine, decent selection and quality but again, nothing that stood out. Overall, I feel there are other hotels in Seoul offering similar quality for a lower price. Given the reputation of the Shilla brand, I was expecting a bit more in terms of experience and value.

Very clean and staffs are friendly. Room is clean and no need to worry about bed bug or etc. Room size is not big enough, but generally great and ok to recommend.

Excellent gym and spa plus very comfy bed

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff on the ground floor and at check-in were very friendly and helpful, though staff in other areas were only average. A few things to note: Facilities come with quite a lot of rules. The pool requires advance booking, which felt inconvenient while on holiday — I prefer being able to use it whenever I feel like. Entry is also not allowed if you’re wearing room slippers. Breakfast is organised into three entry sessions, which resulted in waiting times and a very busy dining area. Unfortunately, I didn’t enjoy the breakfast experience. A wider fruit selection would have made the breakfast experience better.

Without exceeding expectations, overall it was a pleasant experience for a five star hotel stay. The room was modern and very clean. The hotel amenities were good. Staff were responsive, professional and friendly.
