Darnley Island All inclusive Holidays

The room was nice but everything’s too old. The bathroom was moldy and there was 0 sound proof. The AC was loud as well, the elevator tight

Shuttle driver dropped us off at arrivals this morning since departure level was backed up. Really helped.

So many things are great, and well, so much needs updating and improving. On a positive note, the suite with two rooms was accommodating to my family. The welcome Prosecco and fruit was appreciated. Location great and staff friendly. Unfortunately, the room was so dark, dreary and depressing. We had issues- toilet not flushing, shower not draining, and the bedding is disappointing. Brunch was nice, bar also disappointing. Some of the staff smelled like body odor and just over all not inviting. If this place was a three star hotel and the price indicated that, I would be ok, but it surely should not be a Leading Hotel of the World.

It was super loud, noisy and disturbing late at night due to a group of HS students. Several complaints were made. Staff often were unavailable late at night. No one answered the phone
