Carson Valley All inclusive Holidays

The room was clean but smelt like old dirty carpet. The housekeeping did come and spray. Not sure if spray was worse. The bed was so so, fine for me but my husband was uncomfortable. The next morning I went to take a shower and it literally took 4 minutes to warm up enough for me to shower. The staff was courteous, no issues in that regard. Just felt that there needs improvement in the rooms, maybe new carpet? Hot water when turned on, not after quite a wait.

There is temporary construction underway, so each of our concerns will likely to go away when current construction Phase is completed (June/July 2026). Overall, the price & location were great. We were there to ski, not rate a room. Having the adjacent options (Harrahs & others) offered alternate solutions to anything. It was a good trip. A) It was difficult to hear the concierge & hosts behind the counter at check-in. Loud lobby music echoing in the check-in area (perhaps to drown out construction noises) made for difficult conversing at check-in. B) Some 'To-Do items' needed fixing (pivot mirror, shower door mounts, refrigerator door) C) calling 'front desk' from the room, connected us to general customer service lines in other places (location TBD) D) casino space was limited due to construction

The room was in incredible condition and the staff were very helpful and welcoming!

The room was large and the kitchen was just perfect. Being able to have the convenience of all home perks is a plus. Thanks Brenda and Lance
