When we first arrived, it was a bit busy and the guy at the front desk was having trouble getting us checked in because he said their system was outdated, however he was very polite and courteous. We needed some help with the valet and at first the two guys working the parking were a bit overwhelmed but after we talked to them for a while they seem to get friendlier. The towels in the room had some stains as well as the bed covers and we found "earwigs" (bugs) on the bed. Overall, it is a very nice hotel, and everyone is pretty friendly, and it is located close to everything within driving distance. Little Tokyo is so close and so much fun, so it is worth it.

This is the perfect hotel to rest in after a day at Disneyland. Quiet, cozy and a full kitchen can’t be beat. It feels like a home away from home and we were able to relax. Will continue to stay here
