Enoshima All inclusive Holidays

Place was amazing to stay at! The rooms can be a little small but they’re upfront about the size. It’s really amazing for solo and possibly couple. Staff went above and beyond and same with cleaning service. Definitely would recommend!

Amazing hotel in a more quiet area of Tokyo

Beds are to close to each other.

Great hotel, decent rooms and good location. However the reception staff were not accommodating at all and quite blunt/rude. This was not the case for all staff, e.g., the ladies at the baggage service were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was also very busy during my stay in October this year (i.e., I had to queue for over 30min) to check in.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were extremely helpful. The room was large and comfortable, and the location near the station was very convenient. The only issue we encountered was the elevator, as the wait times were too long. I hope the hotel can address this to improve the overall guest experience.

The room was clean and the location was very convenient! Also, shoutout to Mohammed, the front desk concierge/staff person, who was so helpful and kind.
