Palermo Coast All inclusive Holidays

Very nice stay. The staff especially made it a pleasant experience. They were very attentive, always ready to help even before asking and always courteous and greeting. Nice breakfast and onsite parking is great. Good location.

The staff there was amazing. Andraina was the front desk girl and she was super helpful. She told us what restaurants were good. She would have his cars booked when we needed them. The housekeeper was great. She gave us some Mass to take to us when we went on our cruise ship and I cannot forget about Jovanna. She was the one in the restaurant that would make us fresh squeezed orange juice every morning. She danced and dance to my husband for his birthday. Just a lovely lady. I highly recommend staying at this place. It's like a boutique hotel, four stars and it's right by all the shopping and by the marina for the cruises. So you're right by everything. You can literally walk everywhere. I give this a hotel a 12 out of 10. If you want to experience things there just talk to them. They will get you the right drivers and everything we went to a little place called Monreal. Our driver's name was Luigi and he was fantastic. If you can get him as a driver while you stay there definitely ask for him. Thank you for making our honeymoon, 5-year anniversary, and birthdays amazing!

Good buffet. But city location. Is okay not again this

Under Construction: be sure to call to see if construction is still happening when you plan to stay. Construction starts by 8:00 a.m. and you will experience the hammering and drilling noises of it even if you have an inside room. We had an inside room; there was no traffic noise at all. Wifi was flaky and it is annoying that you will need to provide your email address and phone number to use it; in addition, you will be forced to provide a brief hotel review the second time that the Wi-Fi is activated, in order to access Wi-Fi. The breakfast was excellent (except for the hot chocolate, which was of the thin and over-sugared type). The location is rather good; it is about a 16-minute walk to the intersection of Victor Emmanuel and Maqueda. Extremely easy access to or from the Palermo airport using the 6-Euro airport bus; do not take a taxi or use anything else. Make sure that you have the delicious lobster and pasta dish for 30 euros at Enomis, which is on Victor Emmanuel, 1 or 2 minutes walk west of Quattro Canti.

Room was ok but not great We moved to ocean view room and was much better. Service in the restaurant was not great. Service at the bar was not great. We could not order lunch on the terrace so We went out and bought cold cuts and buns and we were not allowed to eat it on the large patio that was empty. We were told to go eat it in our room. Was not impressed .
