Nice property, great location on the beach; however, one or more of the elevators were broken during our stay which resulted in long wait times and lots of folks using the stairs over the weekend.

No complaints. The location is ideal in the strip for its price its the cheapest around. The pool was still closed which kinda sucked but other than that the check in/out was easy, rooms were ready, and no bad words to say.

Very clean room, housekeeping staff very helpful and friendly. Miranda at the front desk helped us with straightening out the parking garage payments.

The property is in pristine condition. It can be considered a Luxury property. The Venetian although it has been in existence since 2001-2, has continuously upgraded its properties. I’ve visited this resort since its inception. The pool and hot tube were clean and temperature were perfect. Our room was very clean with many amenities. Staff is amazing!!

This reasonably priced boutique hotel is located in mid-Beach Miami so it is some distance from the South Beach restaurants and bars. It is beautifully designed, very clean and the rooms are quite comfortable. The negatives were the following: there is no restaurant other than a small coffee & danish café and the gym is not available yet. There is also no pool like many of the hotels in the area. It could also benefit from having two nightstands instead of one, and having at least one dresser in the room. The only place to put clothes is in some drawers under the bed. This meant that we were living out of our suitcases while we were there.
