We always stay here just perfect

The Venetian was a great hotel, easy access to what we needed and a Walgreens at the bottom which made purchasing water and other essentials for the room easy. The housekeeping was spotty-they missed cleaning our room even after we requested it and asked two different staff for a room refresh, but the rest of the staff was accomodating and friendly.

Beautiful, quiet hotel. The atmosphere is relaxing, casinos lively.

They did not hold our room for a late checkout as i had requested in writing. So they put us up At the WYN, top floor with a long walk, overlooking the parking lot, and the blackout curtains broke so we didn’t have closure capabilities. A lot of extra effort for not a lot of return. The amenities didn’t matter because we were only there for a concert one night.

While the Wynn Las Vegas remains impeccably maintained and spotlessly clean, my experience in early May was marred by uncharacteristically subpar service. Despite the resort not being particularly busy, the poolside service was a significant disappointment. It took approximately 45 minutes to receive any assistance at the pool (then about 45 to get our food!). When I attempted to flag down available staff, I was informed they were not assigned to my area and that my designated server would return shortly. This inefficiency extended to the pool bar, where wait times to place an order were equally excessive. Along with long wait times to ride the elevators, needing to wait for multiple elevators to pass before we could get on. Given the Wynn's reputation for excellence, these service lapses were unexpected and overshadowed an otherwise beautiful property.
