Comfortably bed made me sleep well. I like quiet and wonderful garden with “cloud”. It’s good for relaxation and taking photos. Staff is polite. Delicious breakfast is also good for guests.

It’s still a decent Prince hotel despite it’s the furtherest one from the Shinagawa station out of all the Prince hotels.
As usual, the service is friendly and on point. I even got to check-in an hour earlier than the check-in time. The garden is beautiful especially at night. As a pro tip, the shortest path to walk to the Shinagawa train station is to actually across the garden and through the Sakura Tower lobby.
As the hotel is being renovated, some amenities are temporarily unavailable. I’m looking forward to return once the renovation is done.
