Waikato All inclusive Holidays

The hotel it self is great however I didn't think the fact that the hotel bar closed at 5pm was very good for a 5 star hotel. This should be open for guests. Also myself and my friends had to order before 5pm and we sat there for 4 hours and no one cleared our dishes etc. I also think that for a 5 star hotel to have the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel attached to the wall in large bottles isn't good enough. That is more of a 4 star thing. It just seems tacky. The staff at the hotel were super friendly and great!

Everyone at the Hotel Britomart were fabulous! The hotel is in a terrific location, is super clean and well appointed! The beds are comfy and the staff are very accommodating. The restaurant & bar were great and provided a relaxing atmosphere!! We would highly recommend The Hotel Britomart!!

I thought this hotel was fantastic. The room is lovely and clean and new. Hotel staff were wonderful. Wonderful location and beautiful premises. Restaurants on premises are excellent.
