Okay all in all. Service at the restaurant was awful. From desk were kind. Room was nice but one day water were cold. Shower towels were in shortage on second night and pretty low quality. One room barely had a window.

There were issues at the pool. There were families and single people, and everyone and everything was going great. But there were two children who no one knew who they belong to who kept running in between the chairs, splashing everyone and then running and basically cannonball into the pool. There was one woman who was very clear that she didn’t want her hair wet and no matter where she went, These kids followed.. I personally went to the other side of the pool to avoid these kids and yet they still continued to do this and basically ruined everyone’s time there. I spoke to staff with the suits and they were patronizing and did nothing. I want to be clear that the staff who were wearing shorts and navy blue polo shirts were amazing. Those kids were at the pool until 11 pm and showed up the next morning as other guests were all talking about them. The accommodations are great but the staff is awful.
