Riverhead All inclusive Holidays

The elevator situation is horrible currently, as well as check in. I’ve been staying here for years and unfortunately this one may be my last. It took over an hour to get an elevator up and most of the time it wouldn’t allow you to go down.

The glass was being reinstalled in the front area and the drilling started pretty early in the morning and then was still going at about 4pm. We also had about 4 tissues in our tissue box, which we used quickly. We called the front desk for more and were told they would be brought to our room, but that never happened. I did love the size of the room - the largest room we have ever had in a NYC hotel.

Room was great size and very close to theater district. The only minor setback we had was the elevators at certain times of day took a long time to board. Besides that the gym was nice and the shower water was HOT when needed to be.

Very cute and well appointed room! Lovely staff. Free coffee and tea.

The staff was over the top helpful and nice. Location is good. Decor is cool too. Little issue with light going on at 2am and windows thin… think street noise. Bring white noise machine. Beds and pillows comfy. Room clean. Nice touch with robe in room.

Wonderful hotel, well kept rooms, great staff, great location.

The room was spotless, staff was excellent as always, can't wait for my next visit

It’s just not Virgin standard unless you are used to booking economy with Virgin holidays. The bar was closed for a private event wouldn’t stay again
