Quiet neighborhood, very clean room, lots of restaurant options nearby, and easy to get to and from the rest of the city. The staff was super helpful with all of our needs and requests. The breakfast buffet was quite nice as well.

Top marks to the staff on the 8th floor - very well looked after at breakfast, Perhaps to an Austrian five different colours of carrot for breakfast and a printed menu offering a variety of dishes, so long as you wanted eggs, is the norm...?
The lack of clothes storage in the rooms wasn't helpful, and an explanation of the lighting system would have been useful; it appeared to be either "all on" or "all off".

Warm welcome by staff members, rooms were great with an amazing bathtub, view over Vienna, clean and the bar was amazing! Centrally located , highly recommend!
