Batu All inclusive Holidays

Great from start to finish! Clean property that’s conveniently located within walking distance to attractions, restaurants, and shopping. The staff are super friendly and helpful. There’s even a self service laundry in the basement! Between the skywalks and MRT you can get around easily. I will definitely stay again next time I come to Malaysia.

Great location in proximity to malls and KLCC. Nice pool Clean rooms and comfortable beds Amenities are lacking ( almost basic). Not much in terms of kitchen utensils. No hand towels provided. TV not showing free 2 air channels or any sports etc. Noise early in the morning disturbing sleep. Small touches are lacking. Laundry equipment is limited in the complex for the number of users.

Awesome location in KLCC. The covered public walkway to the convention center, petronas towers and Syria KLCC was an amazing way to get out of the heat and get around the city.

the room was fine.. however please check the entrance door of a bathtub door. i think there was a leak. the carpet was wet. however, we dont want to make a big fuss. one of the aircond not working. the guy came to check. anyway, please check the room and the maintenance of any equipment in the room first before giving ti the tourist. Just to make sure that all tourists are comfortable woth the room. thank you

The Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur, is a 5-star hotel, with views of Petronas Towers, providing luxurious rooms, fine dining, gym, spa, and other amenities, located in the city centre. It's highly recommended.

Great location in close proximity to the Petronas Towers and other attractions. Excellent hotel, incredibly friendly and welcoming staff, immaculate reception area and hotel overall. We notified them of an early arrival and they allowed us to use the spa area to change whilst our room was made ready. Nice pool area, fabulous breakfast and large comfortable bar area with live music. One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in
