"The checkin was easy, and our room was comfortable. Staff was helpful when needed. The thermostat was a little hard to figure out as there were no numbers on the dial, but we figured it out. The food was plentiful and delicious. We didn't use the pool, as it was so hot outside and not comfortable, ..."

Needs a lot of TLC and very bad communication.
"The A/C was poor and we had a bad sleep because of this; waking up sweating in the night. This was the WORSE. I’ve reached out multiple times for a wheelchair accessible room before we got there; and they didn’t respond or know until I addressed it at the front desk. This is the only place in Israel. ..."
