A True 5-Star Experience – Exceptional Breakfast & Outstanding Service! Although we stayed at Fairmont Quasar Istanbul for just one night, the experience was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and attention to detail were exactly what you would expect from a true five-star luxury hotel. The breakfast was simply incredible! The variety, quality, presentation, and overall dining experience were exceptional and easily among the best we've experienced during our travels. What truly stood out was the outstanding service. The staff was professional, courteous, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making even our short stay feel special. It's not often that a hotel leaves such a lasting impression after just one night, but Fairmont Quasar Istanbul certainly did! A truly luxurious experience that exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul. Worth every penny!

This hotel is advertised as a 5-star hotel, but honestly, it feels more like a 2- or 3-star hotel at best. The rooms are a outdated, and the shower water keeps switching between hot and cold, which is really annoying. You can also hear pretty much everything from the other rooms, especially doors opening and closing. Breakfast was just average, nothing special. The swimming pool and Turkish bath weren’t working during our stay, which was disappointing. The service was okay, but overall, the customer service could be much better. I definitely wouldn’t consider this a 5-star hotel.
