Staff were great, but the room and amenities were not that great. The elevators were an issue getting to and from my floor took a long time. It got to the point where I rather take the stairs then wait for the elevator which was 8 stories up.

I was very impressed with our accommodations at Noble Den. The facility was clean, neat and the services were excellent. The pastries at breakfast were fresh and delicious and the selection of beverages was very good. We enjoyed the balcony, and the views from our room. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. We would definitely stay there again.

We often stay at the Park Avenue Royalton when we come to NYC. The rooms are large with plenty of closet space and they all have large soaking tubs. Very luxurious. It is a very convenient location, near to buses and subways. The staff is always very helpful and nice. No complaints.

Room was very tired….chipped and cracked furniture…..doors scratched and chipped…..not up to the standards previously set by the Westhouse.
