Very Nice place with excellent in-house dining options and friendly staff.

Great resort and amenities. Only complaint was the wait time to check in. More staff at the front desk would have been helpful.

I was disappointed we weren't able to us the pool area due to the weather conditions. It looked amazing! Hopefully next time we can take advantage of it. BG

Property had conveniences of a CVS store attached to it. It was fairly close to nearby attractions. Staff appeared to be very standoffish and did not want to ever engage in conversation waitress staffing. There was argumentative to a point almost left a restaurant property was a nice looking, although it seems aged, but it’s very well maintained. I would recommend it to somebody because I didn’t enjoy my day.

Did not use spa. WiFi was weak but usable. My major dissatisfaction was all the food places closed by 10pm. Not at all like the Vegas of the past - pretty disappointing:(

Front desk had conflicting information with housekeeping (who was rude).

The view from our room in the south tower had a spectacular view of the sphere. The property was very clean and is gorgeous. My only complaint was that it is two elevator rides and a long walk just to get to the lobby. Also, I had young children with me at they immediately touched the snacks which are on sensors. Although we didn’t partake in any of the snacks we were charged for several things bc they were picked up. I reported it and will hopefully be reimbursed for that.

this hotel will try to scam you upon checking in, we were in a cgroup of 25 and we all had the same thing happen. we were given a no view room after requested a nice view unless we wanted to pay extra. they used that as a reason to try to make $100 more off of us per night even tho we declined. They charged us $35usd for early check in but made multiple other people in our party pay for the room upgrade of $100 per day. The one couple we were travelling with had to upgrade for $3000. The one couple refused to pay more for upgrade and were told that there was no other room available and they would have to go to sister hotel. After holding firm they somehow found a room available for them. Another couple asked for the grandma to be in room close by but they were unable to accomodate without insane extra charges again. They take advantage of this and probably dont have many large parties who can compare stories to eachother. Moral of the story do not give in. We paid for premium palace room and were given the no view room instead since we didnt want to pay an extra $400USD for the trip. Very dissapointed with this hotel and their check in experience. The pool of the goddess was also closed.

No view of anything except alley. I don’t need a view I’m there to sleep. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Loved the 1930s decor and the old style music inside and more modern vibe outside.
