Clean, great customer service, no charges for early arrival they kept my bags and when it was time to check in they moved them to the assigned room. Also, when it was time to leave the order a taxi for me.
The breakfast was delicious.

We loved our stay.! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotless and beds extremely comfortable. And OH.....the rooftop restaurant was incredible. Beautiful views, great drinks and appetizers. And the included breakfast was again, incredible. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Well done Hotel L'Orologio!

I had a junior suite and it was very nice. The service was good. A fowl smell came from the shower drain the last two days and the hallway smelled like there was a sewage problem. (top floor) I reported it and they were very thankful and on it immediately, unknowing. It's a beautiful hotel in a great location. It needs a little facelift for the price, but very nice. Great history. Lovely.
