Mekong Delta All inclusive Holidays

We had a wonderful stay overall. The service was outstanding — staff went above and beyond at every turn. The room was great and the location couldn’t be beat, putting us close to everything we wanted to see and do. The one thing holding this back from a full 5 stars was the cleanliness of the room. It wasn’t up to the standard I’d expect given how well everything else was run. A bit more attention to housekeeping and this would easily be a perfect stay. Would still recommend to others and would consider staying again.

From pick up at the airport to checking in was smooth. The staff are very friendly and eager to please. We wanted a place to ourselves and be left alone and that’s what we got. More information about the grounds and operating hours would help. I had to contact guest services a lot the first couple of days bc there’s not enough information. They’re quick to answer and meet our needs except for the last day during checkout. It could be bc of the internet connect wasn’t good that day and they seemed busy. Thank you for the great stay.

I enjoyed my stay here. The property is very close to lots of restaurants and the beach.

I don’t like that property in the pier and beach bar/resteraunt are is packed w Koreans taking thousands of pictures and taking all the space. We ordered drink and appetizers and after waiting 45 minutes and no service whatsoever we finally got up reported to the so called manager and they did nothing about it other than sent us to the sister restaurant/bar next to the property

Hotel staff was excellent. They anticipated our needs without us asking. Every attention to detail was made at this hotel from the soft mat to stand on while you wash your feet upon returning from the beach to the delicious breakfast presented beautifully every day. Conveniently located in walking distance near many restaurants. Would stay here again!
